Completed Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 the other day, now I'm getting through BiA: Earned in Blood.
Coming from playing a few games of the Call of Duty series, BiA certainly isn't one of those games where you can Rambo your way through each mission; the game play and tactics heavily rely on having one team (usually the fire team) providing a suppressive base of fire while you and/or the second team (usually the assault team) maneuver and flank the enemy. I learned this the hard way when, on a few occasions, wanted to quickly end the mission because I was replaying it the umpteenth time and rushed either my character or one of the teams to get in there and take the enemy out. In either outcome it resulted in replaying from the last save checkpoint.
