Forums Upgraded |

Forums have been upgraded, and with them they provide some fancy new features.
Such as, video embeds from popular sites like YouTube, Google Video, and Vimeo to name a few. For your enjoyment, meet Maru the Cat:
Another is an improved quick reply that uses AJAX. No, no, no! Not the cleaning product! Other than that, most features are behind-the-scenes, so no peeking!
With that, some administrative changes have been made.
We have decided to open user registration, but each new user is subjected to administrator approval receiving a randomly generated password through the email address they registered with. For those of you registering on the same IP address, please note that if someone registers on our forums with a similar IP address you have, you will need to wait 2 days until you can register your account. Sorry, but due to the fact that spam bots are constantly trying to register on our forums with similar IP addresses, this will hopefully halt their attacks.
Also, complex passwords are a necessity, beginning with new user registration. Passwords need at least one UPPERCASE LETTER, one lower case letter, & 1 num83r.
The forum rules have also been updated, so please be sure to get yourself familiar with them!

EZS as of now, and in the future. |

Okay. From what I understand, Dustin's kind of ignoring us...or he's out of commission anyways. I talked to Reino lately, and he's temporarily homeless...
EZS as of now isn't going to grow too much. I really don't want EZS to die, I think it has/had potential. Reino had also been talking about quitting, he thought he hindered EZS's progress. I agree with that to a certain extent. At times, Reino has been a let down; but it was never entirely his fault. He's got a lot going right now.
I'd like to apologize to you Chris. All you've ever done is work hard and provide for EZS, while the rest of us haven't been as active as we could have been. I'm not going to let all of your work go to waste.
I'm not going to call myself EZS's leader, temporary leader, or anything like that. I don't want that kind of pressure. If anything, think of me as an "organizer". I'll get projects going. I'll start at the art department at school and go from there; I'll look for an artist. I'm not letting EZS fade like this.

Forum Rules |

Welcome to our little corner of the Internet. We follow only a few rules, but some of these rules is pretty much catch-all, so read carefully. As long as each member behaves themselves, we won't have any problems. We like to have a positive, and fun, environment, so please don't try anything that can change this.
OK, seriously now, here are the forum rules:
- Please be civilized in your posts. Treat each other as you would if you were to meet them in person.
- We're open to having you join our community, but just some quick notes:
- If you are thinking about registering because you want to get something, usually for free, by spamming links in your posts, signature, or PMs to random users that include a referral ID, please don't even consider registering here. You know what they are: stuff to get free iPods, laptops, etc by completing offers and then referring it to "friends".
- That includes you, oh, nasty spam bots that scour the web!
- And Nigerian Bank Scams, because when one bank can't clear it without some sort of authorization fee, it only just repeats at some other random location that gets closer and closer to where you live. Resulting in hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars lost.
- The usual set of rules you find elsewhere: don't include any topics that are extremely inappropriate or illegal activities. As well as, but not limited to: flaming, trolling, personal attacks/insults, etc.
- Forum staff reserve the right to remove or edit any threads, posts, images, attachments, etc they deem that violate forum rules, are inappropriate, or abuse the forums in any way.
- Forum staff will not in any way ask you for your bank account information, credit card numbers, or your home address.
- Unless if you're a certain red muppet named Elmo, from the popular kids show, then perhaps he does knows where you live!
- We also will not ask you for your password. Since, if you happen to have forgotten your password, there is a password reset function that pretty much all forums have. Only contact an administrator if your email address is incorrect, or is no longer functioning, and we can reset that password for you. We will only reset it when YOU request it.
